Culinary Culture. Access to spices, vegetables, animals, and fruits determine a lot about a culture, and their overall success. Over time, these food sources are cultivated, and often times domesticated. Slowly, a unique cuisine is formed and turned into one that represents an entire society. This website is dedicated to researching and sharing the knowledge of the culinary art form that the Turkish people have created over thousands of years. With this presentation that the TCF-Culinary Arts Center has created, one can get a general introduction about the history and sources the Turks have drawn to create their own, unique cuisine.
