The museum was originally a Rose Garden in the Seljuk Palace and was later presented as a gift to Rumi’s father and made a Dervish Lodge. The Mevlana Museum in Konya has many divisions, hosting many valuable articles.

Also known as the Green Mausoleum, the museum spans 18,000 meter squares, and is the second most visited destination after Topkapi.
