Ephesus is one of the most magnificent and sophisticated ancient cities around the globe that harbors one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Temple of Artemis derived from the ancient cult of Anatolian mother goddess Cybele.

Established in 6000 BC, Ephesus was one of the 12 cities of the Ionian union. The antique city is not only impressive for the abundance of monuments of great significance but also for its location amidst the well preserved nature.
