Sailing which has originated from the perfect harmony of boat and wind, is nowadays categorized as recreational sailing and race sailing.
Many coastal areas specifically by the Aegean and the Mediterranean Seas offer beautiful spots and excellent winds where one can let go with the waves and take pleasure in sailing. Bursa, Izmir, Muğla and Adana are some of the coastal provinces popular for their strong winds.
